Can I reserve ski gear?
Yes, you can reserve your skis and gear through our website at snowblazeskishop.com. We do not accept reservations over the phone.
Is parking available to the public?
No, our parking is exclusively reserved for our customers. If you plan to park for multiple days, please consider staying at your residence and leave parking access for first-day customers.
When are the busy times?
Most of December and the beginning of January. As well as mid-March during spring break.
What are your operating hours?
During the ski season, we open every day at 8 am and close at 5:30 pm. During the busier times like Christmas and spring break, we often extend our hours. If you see our “Open” sign, we’re ready to assist you.
Do We Rent for ½ day?
No, we only rent for the full day. No weekly or multi-day rates.
Are we part of Angel Fire Ski Resort?
No, Snowblaze Ski Shop is an independently owned and operated ski shop and is not affiliated with Angel Fire Ski Resort.
Do we sell lift tickets?
Unfortunately, we are not able to sell lift tickets. Angel Fire Ski Resort does not permit independent stores to sell lift tickets. To purchase lift tickets, you must do so online or through a ticket counter at the resort.
Can I pick up equipment the day prior?
Absolutely! You can pick up your skis the day before your skiing adventure. Please plan to arrive after 3 pm. We also provide on-site overnight storage for your skis and poles. Get your equipment 8-9am (between 4:30-5 is busiest).
Do you service equipment?
Yes, we offer comprehensive ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, and maintenance services.
Do you have parts and accessories?
While we do not carry a dedicated stock of parts, we do keep various spare parts on hand. If you require a simple replacement or have broken a component of your skis or board, we may be able to assist you at no charge.
Do you offer discounts?
This is a veteran-owned business – the owner offers a 10% military discount for the renter and their direct family.
How far in advance do I need to reserve equipment?
During busy times, it’s best to reserve well in advance, but a minimum of 3 days is best.
Do you do walk-in rentals?
Yes, however we cannot guarantee the equipment you are looking for will be available.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes! We offer gloves, mittens, headbands, shirts, glasses, stickers, baseball caps, and sunscreen.
